How can I book a tour or experience?
You can book directly through our online store by selecting your preferred tour, choosing your date and number of participants, and completing your payment. You can also contact us via WhatsApp or email for customized reservations or group bookings.
What is your cancellation policy?
We accept cancellations with a full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable. If we need to cancel a tour, we will offer either a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Do your tours include transportation?
It depends on the tour you choose. Some experiences include transportation from your hotel or a designated pickup point in Tulum, while others have a fixed meeting point. Please check the details on each product page for specific information.
What should I bring on the tours?
We recommend bringing comfortable clothing, biodegradable sunscreen (required for cenotes and natural areas), insect repellent, water, appropriate walking shoes, and a camera. Each tour includes a specific packing list in its description.
Are your tours available in English and Spanish?
Yes, all of our tours and experiences are available in both English and Spanish. If you require a guide in another language, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
How many people can join a tour?
Group sizes vary depending on the experience. Most of our tours are limited to a maximum of 12 participants to ensure a more personalized and high-quality experience. Private tours are available for larger groups.
Do you accept payments in USD or only MXN?
We accept payments in Mexican Pesos (MXN) through our online store. We can also process payments in U.S. Dollars (USD) for international guests. Please contact us for more information about available payment methods.
What happens if it rains on the day of the tour?
Tulum has a tropical climate, so light rain usually does not affect our tours. In the event of severe weather conditions that could compromise the safety of our guests, we will reschedule the tour at no additional cost or provide a full refund.
